Flight/block times on long haul flights

Hey folks,

today I was flying LSZH-RJBB which took me 10h57min total flight time. Fspax however regged 10h11mins which is completely false. I experience this
issue only on long haul flights. On short to medium flights it's no problem, however on long haul flights it lags always and I don't know why. I'm not
sure if this issue is already known but my search didn't reveal any solutions. Do you know how to fix it? thanks!

Was the 10hr 57 mins inclusive of taxi and pre-flight stuff?

Nope, flight time only. Block time was something like 11h15 or so.

Can't say I've ever seen this happen before with long haul flights to be honest. Are you using any form of time accelaration?

Also no, I'm flying real time. It always happens on long haul flights.

My block time and flight time are always different. I have always given that to taxi and parking time. Are you setting your parking brake on
time in order to get your arrival points?

No, you apparently misunterstood. The problem is not that flight and block times are different. I mean that's only logical. The problem is that the
flight time and the block time are not correct. On my last flight the total flight time was 10h57mins, fspax however only logged 10h11mins in total
flight time, so there are 46mins missing and I don't know why this happens. Maybe fspax is counting too slow? I'm not sure...

I am sorry if this sounds snoty but I want to understand the full problem. Are you saying that if you were using a stop watch to time your
flight outside the computer that the two times are different as to the total flight time?

Exactly. You need to know that I'm flying for a VA and I'm running an ACARS program which also logs the flight time. And I know that this flight time
is correct and accurate, but FSPAX is not. besides: when the flight time isn't correct, the block time isn't either.
