This topic is designed to aid those who are moving from an XP to a Windows 7 Machine (or any other machine) and who still wish to install Flight
Simulator with FS.Passengers.
*Install Flight Simulator as normal - those using Windows 7 may need to install using Windows XP SP 2 or SP 3 compatability mode
*Open Flight Simulator as you would do on your old machine, if it does not run, you may need to right click on the shorcut and choose Run As
administrator as well as running using Windows XP SP 3 Compatability mode.
*Install Flight Simulator Service Pack 1 (if using the standard version); Install Flight Simulator SP 1 & 2 if using Delux
It is advised at this point that you restart your computer
*Install FS.Passengers, making sure that it is the final add-on to be installed out of all your add-ons for Flight Simulator
It is also advised that you restart you computer after each add-on's installation
*Open up Flight Simulator as normal.
*On starting an FSP flight/ using the drop-down menu, you will be asked for your activation code: you can use the same code as you did for your
previous installation of FSP, if that previous installation is no longer current and running.
*If you have lost your activation key/code you can access your FlightSimStore.com or SimMarket.com accounts and your key should still be displayed on
your account.
*If your account no longer displays your code/key, or you get locked out of your account, then Contact DanSteph using the contact button at the bottom
of the page for a new key; if you can, try to include a copy of your invoice for FSP.
