Modify a callsign after a flight is completed

Hy all,
I fly for Phoenix Virtual, which allow me to file a PIREP via FSpax.
I made a Air Canada flight and during the FSpax startup I made a mistake by typing CA1488 iso AC1488 in the callsign page.
When I want to export my flight, FSpax give me an error because callsign don't match anything in the database of Phoenix Virtual Airways.

Is there a way to access logbook and to modify the call-sign in order to be able to filled the PIREP?
