In-Built ATC in FsPassengers for simple take-off/landing.

It would be nice to have an in-built ATC in FsPassengers for simple take-off and landing. Also have another ATC for taxing.

For example, if you wish to taxi to the active runway, you need to ask/request the ground tower to taxi. When you are ready for take-off, you
need to ask the tower for take-off and landing just like if you requesing the tower for above 250 Knots below 10,000ft. Similiar to the
default 2004 ATC. In addtion to this, you can simulate traffic and weather delays and users can customise this according to their desire.
Let say you are on approach and you request the tower for landing and you have set the traffic tower to 100%, then you will be forced to go
on a holding pattern.

Now, in addition to having this, when you have traffic/weather delays, there should be an option where the captain should inform the
passengers on what's going on so that you DO NOT GET PENALISED!!! Whether it is in the air or on the ground or whether it is a weather
delay. And have different ATC accents when flying over different continents.

There's already ATC in FS9... why would you need more? There's also quite a few addons out there with regards to ATC, if the default
FS9 isn't working for you.

Very true Pagir. Now that FSP fills a huge void for many flight simmers, it seems as if they want everything to be included in FSP. They've
got to understand that's not the way it's going to be!

That ATC Idea is actually a good one, I'd like to see it.
