Can't end flight NORMALY

A little problem I have is that I can never complete a flight as I would like.
What happens on approach.....

Contact Tower and ask for landing clearance
Tower assigns the rwy (any rwy on any airport)
Successful landing and slowing along rwy till taxi speed achieved
Tower asks to exit runway when able ...
Upon exit Tower asks to contact (so that parking bay can be assigned.

NOW the moment I answer tower a crash to desktop occurs which is frustrating to say the least after a 4 hr flight with
happy passangers who enjoyed the movie, loved the food and were merry from drink.

SO I can never successfully dock to end the flight and unload normally.

The only way around is to actually end the flight in the middle of the runway, where the passangers are unloaded.
OR not to answer the tower after taxi to ramp after which the tower bombards me with requests to reply to last transmission all the way.

I fly with Instant record and All penalties enabled such as lights etc , as long as I ignore the tower all works fine.]

I have installed several times (over the years) with fresh install of Fs9 + FsPassanger but its always the same.

At some airports I never contact the tower and just land and taxi to ramp without any problems BUT the danger is that the tower doesn,t
include me in the schedule and I had a Boeing land on top of me once after I landed .. which killed my pilot and made passangers
unhappy.

I don't have that much installed, FsGenesis mesh, Ultimate terrain, GEPro and NO add on airports (make my own with EZscenery).

So I think its purely an ATC problem ????

I am running Fs9 , XP (3) Nvidea 9600 Intel 2.6 1.5Gig memory and motherboard sound (now you can see why I am with Fs9 still).

So if anybody has experienced similar problems OR has any suggestions I'de be grateful

This usually occurs when your system has run out of usable memory - try flying with minimal other processes going on in the background.

Also, may I add that if you are editing AFCADs, you may have duplicates when making your own scenery. This could be another problem
to your CTDs. Have you checked to see if you have duplicate AFCADs for your airports?
