Fs Passengers X menu does not show in FSX gameplay

Ive heard about this problem and i was hoping it wouldnt happen to me... but it did . . . =( installed FS Passengers X service pack 1 and 2, but when i am in gameplay the FsPassengers bar is not
visible, i have no way of acessing it. . however in the start menu there is the FSP map, payload editor etc. . so the program is there but why isnt there a FSpassengers bar in gameplay? any ideas?
maybe the module. . ive tried everything... some1 help please

Have you tried reinstalling? Also your computer specs would be useful.
