purchase FS Passengers

I purchase a FS Passengers last night and its kicking me out after 5-7 min.Saying that i have to purchase FS Pass.

User name and password Tyeped in mannualy,Exactly as received in Email, i think it`s should`t be a problem.
What should i do?
