dll.xml problem

I tried to install Fspassengers. but I got this error :

"setup is unable to find fsx's dll.xml file"

I searched the forum and found this thread : http://www.fspassengers.com/forum/showth...p?tid=7937
I tried the given solution but it didn't work

any other solutions ?

The error message indicates that you have not yet isntalled SP1, SP2 or accelerator patch for your FSX

5A41A3E27FF0&displaylang=en , download and install it pls.

After having done that FSP should install without problems.
