Unable to load passengers in PMDG 747 FS9 ver, Win Xp

FS Passenger has lost the ability to recognise the 1Ldoor opening (or any door for that matter) in PMDG 747. Of course then get the
message, unable to load, door closed. Feature used to work, but something has changed. Appreciate any help!

Note, chkd the forums, seems like this is something new.

You don't happen to have any key assignment conflicts, do you? Do you get the message saying door open or closed? I have never had
an issue with something like this in FS9 and XP. That makes me think that possibly there is a key assignment conflict.
