[Solved] Ip ban?

I reinstalled fsx, all my add-on etc. I just reinstalled FS passengers X and reinserted my number from Simmarket. I cannot
unlock the product here is
the message I get.


"FsPassengers will check your authorization online.
Attempt to Connect to website please wait...

Connected, sending query...

Sorry, missing data in request, write to sales@fspassengers.com to report this error(s): ERROR 10000!"


what can I do?


again this is from Simmarket, it is not an illegal copy.

Well tried temporarily disabling my Firewall but as soon as I did I got this message

Wait... you cant buy FSPX from Simmarket, that might be your first problem...

You used to be able to purchase FSPX from Simmarket.

I did awhile ago and had it unlocked for awhile but after trying to reinstall it, this method does not work?!?!

Thank you Whiskey-Zule, I've actually e-mailed Sales@fspassengers.com (I believe that's it) And yes Sky has let Dan know. I have not recieved anything
yet but I am sure Dan is a busy person so I will just wait.


Thank you all though for the support as my FSX has completely transformed back to a rather blunt and dull game.


Fs passengers makes a HUGE difference and I am missing it already!
