FsP & DX10 Problem about flight sessions not being recorded

I've recently discovered that, when accesing in-menu options, for say.. LevelD 767 ground menu, then 'Pushback' FsP will stop recording
my flight. A/C sound will stop, break sounds etc. Now, I tested several times today and the problem seems to be only with DX10 enabled.

I did select the 'pushback' option, I just didn't use it, so there was NO movement of the airplane.
