Help please: Descent Rate

for landing I always use (when available) the ILS. It uses a descent rate that always make the tires blow. I don't want tho remove this failure I just
wanna know: How can I make a nice ILS landing without blowing tires, see that the ILS always give me a 600/800 rate of descent, then, the tires blow.
Please, What can I do?
