Flight is canceled when passing 8.000 feet

Hey Guys,
I have a little Problem. Evereytime when I passing 8.000 feet and the crew is anouncing that everyone can use electronical devices FSP
cancels my Flight an at the MiniDisplay "No Passengers Aboard" appears. I am using the FeelThere/Wilco A320 (from the Airbus Series
Vol.1 Deluxe)

I tried to reinstall it serveral times and launch FSX in Admin Mode

PS: I am using Win Vista 32 and FSX + SP 2

Hello there and welcome to the forum

When the flight cancels deos it say anything about Wrong Authorzation Key?
it normaly takes round 10 to 15mins into the flight when this comes up
If it is reinstall FSP and type the key in agian
If not post away and we can see what we can do to help.

THX for fast Help, I will try to reinstall it again. First i thought it have to be the registration but. But at one flight it took about 5 Minutes more
to get to the 8.000 feet...

But I am going to try it

It roughly takes 10mins depending how long your flight has been active.

Hello, posting whilst im away from home so dont let the missus know unless shell kill me....

I have a very similar problem back home, not long into the flight I lose all passengers with no error at all (or that iv noticed) but will check
for error tomorrow when im home.

I use the Level D 767, with FSUIPC 4.5, active sky X + X graphics, UK200 Gatwick scenary and its all on FSX with SP2 installed, on one
occasion when it stopped working it managed to disable my top left menu in FSX and my IFR got cancelled cos i cudnt open the ATC
window (even shortcut keys wudnt work)

Im not sure if the error is down to FSPX or not, gonna try uninstalling Gatwick tomorrow and see what happens. I have already tried
reinstalling it with no luck, just wondered if anyone had any ideas?

After getting home its still doin it but the error is 'wrong auth' Ive noticed theres a few other posts on here regarding wrong auth so ill read
through them and see what comes up.

Hope you get it working. You say that you get the ' wrong auth' and that you cant get your atc window up.
Does this happen after you get the wrong auth?

Since i was flew with FS9 about 4 years ago, this FSP is the best addon for me & my virtual airlines. But it's just yesterday when i did reinstall
WINXP x86 due to my HDD was gone, and running my business again with Wilco A320. I was found some problem like this, my flight was
canceled when passed about 5 mins.

What a good news is it will b cancel only fly with Wilco FeelThere Airbus Series, But it's will b fine with all other aircrafts. (Such PMDG, Default
Craft, FeelThere PIC737)


My System is : WinXP SP3 x86, FS9, Active Sky, & FSP

P.S. My system was VISTA x86 (When the old HDD. is working) but i never fly with "Wilco FeelThere Airbus Series" b'fore due to CTD problem,
Wilco's forum also recommend to fly them product with WinXP so this time i've try and found this.

Look through all the keyboard shortcuts to find any that match the FSP cancel flight combination, and then change the ones that match the cancel
flight combination.
