Automated Service by Cabin Crew (Food, Drink)

Hello,

I'm currently flying from KSFO-YPPH, scheduled for 18h45m. After, about 13 hours, crew does not serve food, making my passengers very
hungry. Why is this? They keep on serving drinks, whoch causes further irritation to my precious passengers due to excessive alcohol.
Furthermore, why do the cabin crew not put on movies, I try and do it manually but it doesn't work (Ctrl+Shft+O). Any help would be
appreciated.

Frankly, I prefer to control food, drinks and movies. That way, on long haul flights, pax won't get hungry. I think the auto method causes the
opposite to happen on long hauls.
On the movies, maybe you have the key combination already mapped to something else?

Also, almost 19 hours of flight is extremely long.

I don't know if those flights even exist in real life. The longest flight I know is 14hours.

I just checked it on internet and it seems that those flights do exist but very rare.
Servo your passengers manually and it should be alright.

I would like to, but when I'm not home during those long flights or I'm sleeping, who would serve my passengers if I were to set it to
manual? Also, the key was correct at all times as I tried the movie key in manual mode (food, drink, movie) and it worked. However, it still does not work in the automatic service mode.

I have the same problem. They stop serving food after a while and only serve drinks. The only option is to do it manually and your out of luck if
you are not home to do that.

Longest flight now is Singapore-Newark-Singapore operated by Singapore Airlines using an Airbus A340-500 aircraft. Outbound flight time is 17h45m and
inbound flight time is 18h10m. I know this is not related to the topic, just to give some information about my favourite airline.

Wow, 17 hours on an airplane with airplane food? Maybe the passengers don't want any more food! If it were me I'd schedule a layover somewhere.
