Flaps not working

I am really new to FSP, and I have FSX, but I am seeing a problem with the flaps. about 75% of my flights, I can't lower the flaps. I'm using
the POSKY B752, and the co-pilot says "flaps 1...flaps 5...flaps 15..." etc., but the needle doesn't move, and I get the flaps warning when I
go to take off. Is this a simulated failure? If so, how do I end the flight correctly without aborting, exiting FSX, and starting all over again?

So, I just completed a flight and the flaps failed on descent. Normally they fail before take off.

What are we supposed to do if we're on the ground when we notice a problem? Go back the the gate and end the flight and repair?

the flaps i think will not change if you are going to fast this has happened to me if you slow down below for the proper flap speed they will work if
you try and lower the flaps while going to fast they wont lower

What about when it happens on the ground before I take off? That doesn't seem to be speed related. If I see such a problem on the
ground before takeoff, like flaps or engine troubles, what do I do to successfully handle it?

restart the flight check for damage repair if necessary then restart the flight tht is the only thing i do

you dont have to exit fsx abort the flight and check for repairs maintenance do that and restart the flight or another one

Hmm. Ok. I've tried that and it says that everything is 100% and doesn't give me the option for fixing anything. Maybe it's just a glitch.

i have not had that situation happen to me before a flight mine work never had that problem i have had that in flight when i was flying to fast the
flaps would not come down they came down when i was a the correct flap speed but never before a flight
