Fuel Issue

For some reason I have a major fuel proplem!!!. It runs out through middle of a flight!!!. I load up my plane (btw Dont mater what plane!), for
example 737-800, I fill the center tank other 2 tanks 70% full.

During flight tank no1 (left tank) runs out!!. then the plane engines just cut out??? but rigt tank and center tank still have fuel!!.
Please help what am i doing wrong

I am having this issue as well! It's no big deal in the Cessna Skyhawk as that is easy to switch from left tank to right or both etc. Also with the
DASH8-300 fuel selection isn't an issue.....but I don't know how to correct this on the B737-800???!!! Plus it is very annoying...is there some way
to correct this in a file so that it isn't set to the left tank at start up????

Or somebody help us select the other tanks Please?!

only way i can get over this is fly my dc-10 on short haul flights as 1 tank has enough fuel!! need help badly

If this is that annoying, I reccomend as a temporary solution putting unlimited fuel on in the FS menu for now...

Naw until I get a solution I'll just fly the DASH8-300.... I couldn't even make it from DFW to KIAH on one wing tank. Plus I'm not using unlimited
fuel!!! But it would help if one of you guys knew how to switch tanks for the 737-800 standard issue.

And did you mean the failure settings in FSX or passengers?

I have the solution to our immediate problem! After you start your flight......shut down your engines. Let them spool down all the way and then
Ctrl+E to start them automatically and the plane will be using all 3 gas tanks when they are back at power!

Now the REAL problem still is how to use the fuel selector on the 737-800.......I even tried out the CRJ-700 and that plane has an easy fuel
system...may have to buy that plane if I run into trouble?!

Ah will try it!! i must admit i shut the engines down after every flight!!

That's not a FSPX problem but a FSX plane problem... Might be added to FAQ but nothing I can solve here.

Check your keypad settings.

Every time I fed or watered passenegrs the CTRL + whatever emptied tanks! CTRL+Space+D fro example on my system bled fuel tanks.

I am still trying to work out alternative key commands that do not cause chaos.

Do you ever use the dump fuel command? If not just delete the fsx key assignment

Indeed! Then the Ctrl + Space + F causes a problem.

I have Wilco 737 PIC in my system, but only use Active Sky in backgound.

I successfully managed my first Demo to KLAX w2ithout forced crash, but did not use inflight keypad, and did not feed the passenegrs!
Did teh Mobvie from mouse command on menu.
