turbulance online

I just start flying online on VATSIM, it's not easy but I don't think I will fly again offline.....
I just have a question:
I was flying from EDDF to KBOS with a 747-400 PMDG, and the weather is updating every 5 minutes on VATSIM, wich is really nice, but
there was a lot of turbulance on my approch, and FSP did not say anything about it....why?
when I fly offline, even a small chance of wind will have an impact on my passengers. Because of those turbulance I made a very hard
landing...and my passengers satisfaction was 0!!, and of course I got a pennalty of -400 points for hard landing
Anybody has this problem online?

no and you shouldnt have a problem at all with that...

It may have been wind seeming similar to turbulance. When I fly for real the wind can seem similar to turbulance, so you may find you were having a strong tailwind making the land hard
rather than turbulance. If cloud ceilings were quite low than it is the chance of turbulance.

As of online, I don't really have a problem, when I fly on IVAO. An example was yesterday from BIKF to EGLL. Turbulance was noticed but so was wind but it didn't bring down the
satisfaction. It's incredible how FSPassengers X notices the smallest details of things !
