FPS hang up after take off

Hi,

i have since two week a strange Problem with FSP.
FSP is working fine on Ground: Music, Boarding etc. on Taxi all OK but after the take off FSP i hang up there is no Menu more on the
FS2004 like FSPassenger and in the FSP Mini Report Panal no Passenger aboard.

FSP lose the Settings after Take off.

Please help

Hello,
I have the same problem on my new PC (Vista64). On XP it worked fine, but since I have Vista64 FSP sometimes just shuts down. I see the mini report
which says "No passengers" and the FS-Pax-Menu from the FS9-menu-bar is gone.

Edit: I forgott: FS9 runs in admin mode.

I have the same problem too.

I tried to open Flight Simulator by clicking on "open as administrator". It seems to solve the problem but sometimes at middle of the flight
when the aircraft is already flying in cruise the same thing happens again.

It's really really weird.

Anyone nows what's happening?

Seems to me Vista is the problem. It's no wonder why I still use XP

I have no Vista i use XP but my FS is not installed on C Drive.
Use FSP an internal Gauge ID? i had this Problem so i think first after install an new gauge.

I have Vista X64 and have FS installed in a second physical hard drive. I have no problems at all. But I have encountered problems in the
past. Here is a list of things that MUST be done if your using Vista with FSP

1. Turn off filtering and AA inside flight sim. Use your video cards supplied software for those settings and set them to override game
settings.

2. You must turn off Vista's "Aero" desktop.

3. Related to 2, so I haven't tested this extensively yet but at least before I figured out the first two, I had to run FS in windowed mode,
which now I prefer anyhow.

I just tested to disable Aero and run FS9 in XP SP2-mode and it works fine now
