i have downloaded the crj-200 and i dont know the max gear ext speed, can anyone help me?

Check in the aircraft.cfg file for the plane. My guess is, its probably around 180 knots, but that's just a guess. You could also try searching
google for something like "CRJ-200 max gear extension speed" Doing that, I found a VA document that has it at 200 kts. 
300,000 km/sec. Its not just a good idea, its the law.
