It sounds like you want to do some sort of repainting, right? I'd go to a website like http://www.simviation.com to get help and information.

 And If it is a logo you are looking to make then you can go to: C: > Program Files>>Microsoft Games>>Flight Simulator 9>>FsPassengers>>logo And you will find guied to help you create one( it is pretty easy)
