Yeah for the purposes of flight sim I use the knee board in the game. Some of those numbers tend to be a little odd but it's what the
game calls for so I use that rather than the real aircraft specs.

According to FS help, the gear doen for the 734 is 195kias.

I have been in the cockpit of a 737 many times with approach and landing.
180 knots is often the 'trigger' to lower the gear. Anastasios.

Anastasios, we are speaking about two differnet issues. One is the normal speed a crew would normally operate the gear on approach
the others are the values you CAN use if you have to Greetz Carsten

And I just told you what the normal gear down speed is that pilots normally use on approach....
