two troubles

Hello,
I have this trouble: everytime I set my options, but evrytime i restart flightsimulator I havr to activate my company and re-set my options
evenif I always save the changes

another trouble, if I set to use FsPass aircraft callsign (flight number), during the flight the ATC call me with both the callsigns
(Fspassengers plus Fs ATC)
what can I do?
