Yes you can do this.
I've repainted the default Boeing 737 using a free repaint kit
I've downloaded the free Editvoice pack and used it to create my very own callsign - it works surprisingly well. Follow the instructions in
the included documentation (you may have to fiddle with the sound files till it sounds right to you, but it is easy to do), then compile it
(again, follow instructions). This last part may take a while as it has to recompile all the ATC.
Then I simply edit aircraft.cfg to add my callsign so it is recognised and used by ATC
In FS2004 - I set the callsign in FS9 - then in FSpassengers I disable "use FsP call sign" but make sure I enter the same flight number
into FsP. Now I'm sitting in a plane in my colours and ATC is referring to it by my callsign.
This is for those who didn't know about this obviously.
