pilot transfer

Say a pilot is currently in Company A and has flown 60+ flights. Then he wants to transfer to Company B. Do the pilots' flight reports get transfered
along with him to Company B? Also if i delete Company A's profile, would the flight reports mess up because the company doesn't exist any more.

Your pilot will take his / her complete record to the new company including rank, hours, points etc. You can then safely delete company A
without loosing any of your pilot's record.
