Turning up voicepaks

Just wondering I downloaded the a voicepack and its really good but I cant really hear it to well, Someone said they turned up the sound
on each file how do you do that. I turned up the sound in the menu but didnt really help

there is no sound option for the announcments.

you have 2 options really

turn everything else down - and then your pc master volume up, so the voicepack seems louder

take the files from the voicepack, and increase there volume using some program like soundforge
