New Pilot

I want to bring in a new student pilot into an existing airline. How is this done?

do you mean, to start a new pilot from the beginning, and add him to your current airline?

if so...

go to the FsP menu
create new company pilot
select your existing company from the drop down menu
click on create new pilot

fill in details, pilot will be added to company
