Overspeed

I was flying at 290 kts at 30,000 ft. with autopilot for altitude, heading and speed and out of nowhere it goes from 290 to over 340 kts. Of course I
got an overspeed penalty. If I remember correctly I think there is a bug that shoots your speed up for a few seconds. I thought cruising at 290 kts
would be a good speed to avoid that overspeed penatly, apprently not. Is there any suggestions or fixes for this without having to disable the
overspeed penalty because I like having to worry about my airspeed being at 250 kts or below at 10,000 ft. or less, if I disable the overspeed penalty
it would kind of hinder the obligation to keep a controlled speed of 250 kts.

I own a registered copy and will also get the same problem. Try setting your FS9 dynamic weather rate of change to mild. I've yet to have an
overspeed penalty since I changed mine. If santa was good to you, get Active Sky 6.

I have a problem not with wind shifts, but occasionally when setting wind manually (only at high altitude), I will have the wind from the
COMPLETE opposite direction (or at least not the direction I set it to!). Anyone else experience this? Got a quick fix?

I changed a few of the wind values (most noticeably the allowable rate of change in degrees and speed/second), and now seem to have
the problem less, but it's still there (I'd say on 1/5 flights). Quite bothersome actually!
