Add pilots

Can I add more pilots in the company I have created? I have about 15 aircraft and I'm the only pilot. Can I add more pilots to fly the other
aircraft while I fly?

No, you can add more pilots to use when your main pilot is dead or wounded

Is that true? I added 2 others easily for my first company. Admittedly, that was a while ago, as I created a new company and transferred them there
eventually (at considerable cost I discovered). I rotate among them to build hours now. I just used the Create a pilot option as I recall. I seem
to recall it was no trouble at all.

Extra pilots will not fly the aircraft in your fleet hence they don't build up hours when YOU don't use them to fly, they can be transfered etc
