Exporting flight log problem and flaps penalty

Hello Dan, Hello y'all,

I cannot have access to my flight logs and I cannot send them to my VA. The error read (for exemple):

Error unable to find the flight in log file. Flight ID doesn't match. found=IT319AK index=IT154AK

And that for all my flights done under all the company I have created. The flights exist and are listed but I cannot access them.
I did not transfert pilot.
This problem happen to ALL 3 airlines that I have created and to ALL pilots...

Any idea how to make it work??

I saw on one post that someone got the same problem but no solution was given...

Furthermore,

The real procedure for landing a light twin-engine aircraft on a single engine (after an engine failure) is to land with NO flap.
And that's what just happened to me: I've got an engine failure on a light twin so I decided to follow the procedure and land with no flap.
The result: -600 points pilot penalty for not set the proper flap setting during landing

Something is wrong here.

Is something is planned to correct this in further release version of FsPassengers??

I have posted 3 posts about my problem consulting and exporting flight logs and didn't get any answer... Am I missing something
somewhere? Maybe I didn't explain carefully enough the problem?

I think that Dan is probably too busy to answer all support's problem but a small "Ok I'll have a look if I have time" would have been very
much appreciated

Especially when I see that other more recent post have been answered...

Hello Alex, sorry about delay,

problem is that it can take some hours because I must manually edit the database
running code step by step in debug mode... not an easy task. And I'm quite busy...

I'll have a look when I find some time...

Take your time, I just wanted to know if someone was doing something about it...

Just for you to know, I have the habits to change the flight ID, for ex: if FsPax give me IT014 I like to add AK to look like that: IT014AK or
sometimes I Change the ID like that: IT014 become IT015AK.

I think but I'm not sure that all the flights logs that I have change the flight ID have the problem (reading detail or exporting).

Do you think that is something related??

Can I still make some flight? Or do I have to wait for a patch?

I think this happen when there was a write error of any kind when your registered
a flight. might be a disk problem or something else. Anyway it seem to be rare.

Flight ID changing doesn't have any effect in fact it's the index of flight
that don't match anymore the main database due to a flight that is missing
in flight index or database.

This can also happen if you copied back database file and you mixed old and
newer file.

Curing the problem is walking by hand throught the database and edit manually the database
to delete some records to make the index and base match again. Not an easy task.

Thanks for keeping me posted Dan,

I didn't touch anything in the database and I don't even know how to edit it and do all the stuff you are talking about BUT I have plenty of
CTD of FS and PC crash while using FS and FsPax (I think I have found the probs, coming from bios, chipset and video bios drivers not
updated).

Do you think that might be the reason why the database is messed up??$
