Keystrokes Unresponsive

Hello, a new subscriber to the FS Passengers and I must say, I enjoy being rated while flying. I was looking for something else to do
with Flightsim as it was getting a bit old for me. Found this and purchased it, liking it so far, except I am really getting tired of the Cessna.
My question for support is this: While I can load up FS9 and use keycommands, such as external view to tower view to VC view or
switching from full cockpit to gauges to nothing etc. When I load up the FS Passenger, it does not allow me to do any of that. It will stay
frozen until I go and alt+enter getting the window, under settings>controls>and set all controls back to default. Then they work.

Even in flight, I found myself unable to navigate around a couple of times having to alt+enter to get a window vs. full screen, go to the pull
down menu and reset all controls to default again.

Specs are windows xp home
2.8 ghz P4
1.5 gig RAM
128mb ATI 9800pro
80 gig HD C: (55% full)
120 gig HD F: (30% full)
Creative labs audigy 2

All drivers are up to date. I also run Flight Environment which sets water, cloud sun textures; Ultimate Traffic for AI;FS Navigator.

Any suggestions or insight?

Simply click on the main windows when it happen, this may be because the mini report keep the keyboard focus.

Thanks for the responses, will try to do both, Forutnately, I have one more flight to up my rating and we shall see what I can get at that
point.
