Pressurizing Cabin Problem

My virtual airline company just bought an Airbus A380-800 perfectly brand new and is already having problems....I'm not sure if it's only with this
plane but I can seem to pressurize my cabin properly. When I got above 12000ft. there would be a Pressure failure. My altimeter is set correctly and
with everything else. I've tried over and over again but it gives me the same problem. Any ideas?

Is there a special command used to pressurize the cabin or something?

Use the payload editor supplied with FsPassengers (should be on your startmenu) and open the airbus' payload .ini file. There is a tickmark there that
says "This aircraft isn't pressurized", untick that one and save the file. That should solve your problem.
