I've read the posts concerning CTD's and the remedies..............drivers, motherboards, updates, etc.
my computur isn't top notch but i can run PMDG 737NG with no problem.
Sometimes I make a flight with no CTD's and other times FS9 shuts down on approach. It's hard to isolate the
problem when there is no pattern for the crashes. However I found one...
I go to the FS Passengers menu and select company manager, then i click the statistics tab, I click the arrow down to
aircraft and the screen goes black.........flight sim has encountered a problem and needs to shut down blaming fspassenger.dll...
This happens in both full screen and windows mode every time i try it.
My specs are the following:
Factory version Dell Dimensions 8250 with no alterations
Windows XP with all the updates
Pentium 4- 2.4 GHZ-512 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce TI 4200 (BIOS 4.25.00.29.24) with 64MB memory
