Can someone please confirm something for me...?
Assume I start FSp normally - at the ramp with the parking brake on - the next time the parking brake is applied effectively ends the flight,
even if I don't take off. That's the way it seems.
If this is the case, then a conventional pushback from a gate is impossible as it requires the parking brake to be set again while the tug
is released and engines are started (if they weren't started during pushback).
Would it be possible to mod FSP to only check for a set parking brake after the aircraft has reached a minimum altitude (say, 500' agl)?
And I apologise if this has been covered - I have searched extensively and found no reference to it, which I found amazing as this is such
an essential requirement for large aircraft pushbacks.
