6A Failure caused by Pilot!

Is there some place i could turn off this option..Is not fun when i fly on vatsim,and are a little to late to take in flaps,an woops a big BANG!
and the plane set out all the flaps!!And the flight is broken:-(

I don't know what you mean. What failure is caused by pilot? Please be more descriptive.

This sounds like a flaps overspeed! Ken, make sure you slow down before extending the flaps and there shouldn't be any problems. Of course, you could
create a company with 0% failure, disable economic mode and disable warzones... In this case, you should have a 0% failure rate.

the way to go is to edit the "more_option.cfg" located in FsPassengers/config folder
this way you can turn off some penalty as gear and flaps....

but it's a bit cheat as reall aircraft obviously should not excess those speed.
