missing codes

installed the program, paid my money (in 60 seconds) transaction confirmed and guess what, no codes. i've sent an e-mail asking
why, no answer. why is this? judging by the number of posts i'm not the only one that is having this problem. come on let's have an
explanation or the codes or failing that a refund. eddieb

Some problems happened in the first week-end of selling but it's over now.

How long did you wait?

If the answer is "really too long", send a private message to Dan (the <-Msg right after any of his post). He will look at the
problem. Send as many information about the transaction as you can.

codes recieved

AOL is blocking the automatic mail from FsPassengers.com,
this is the only provider in the world that block mail when a certain
number is reached. One have to register on a "white list" but the process
is long.

So AOL user may actually have a delay (usually some hours only) to receive
their code because I do each of them manually from my private e-mail.

I'm working to solve this problem, I expect to have it solved tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay, if you want zero delay simply give another e-mail
adress than AOL when you purchase.

Lol... one reason why you shouldn't jump to conclusions. You post initially demanding an explanation for no codes, then you post an
hour or so later saying you recieved it!

PATIENCE PEOPLE! lol! The system can get quite clogged up.

It was 3 hours before I got worried. Even then I checked the forums rather than just go ranting off to find a simple e-mail to Dan would
solve the issue.
