FsPassengers disappears from FS9 headline during flight

Hallo friends,
since some weeks my FsPassengers disappears during the flight from simulators headline and doesn't work for that flight anymore. Starting FS9 again
it's ok again.

Anyone knows that phenomen?

You may need to uninstall FsP, reboot pc and re-install it. Since this is for Fs9, have you reached level C23 yet?

No problem. C23 is the highest rank you can get in your FsP company. When you reach that rank in FS9, there is a known bug. I didn't know if you had
reached the C23 rank yet, as it may cause issues. By the way, if you want to save your company data before uninstalling FsP, save the FsP database
folder in a safe location. When you re-install FsP, copy the saved database folder into your new FsP main folder so that you won't lose any progress.
