I have NO idea what you are talking about. You buy FSPX by clicking on the tab to the left that says "Purchase FSP" . It is as simple as
that. Easy cheesy chicken dinner.

Yeah you cant pay by using txt msg, I really havent heard about any FS addon which could be paid that way.
