Licence restriction for dual install ?

Hi all,
Is it possible to install FSP under xp and 7 on the same computer ?
I don't know if it is legal and don't want to try until confirm it s ok.

This is a new question that I don't know the answer to. However, I would suspect that as you're essentially installing on two seperate partitions of
the harddrive that you would need two seperate licences for each copy. Dan would be the one who knows about these things, but we haven't seen him
around in a few months.

This is a very good question. I have FSP installed on both of my computers and on my laptop, all using the same purchase code.
Logicly it would seem to be just like that, the only difference is the fact that both OSs' live in the same box. If you want to wait for one of the
geeks to show up before doing it I would recomend only using the XP side since that is the system FSP was designed around.

If Dan's license agreement works anything like the licenses I used to deal with at work before I retired, I guess would be that a dual
installation as you described would be perfectly legal. The reasoning behind this is that the program can only be used by one of the
installations at a time. Since it cannot run under both XP and 7 at the same time, it only needs to be licensed once. Just my $.02

thx for answers, i m waiting for Dan s agreement. in worst case i will purchase another licence; this not very expensive compare to lifetime.
