Sounds like the "deregistration" problem I've had once and other people have reported here. If that's what it is, the solution is removing then
reinstalling FSPassengers.

Indeed, uninstall FSP.....go into ur FS9 main directory, if you see the FSpassengers folder still there after you uninstall, delete it. Then reinstall
FSP, load it up, and re-enter the information.
