FSEconomy

What is it, a rip-off of FS Passengers or is it a little different? I don 't want to try it if its the same thing or not anywhere near as good as FS
Passengers. I'm sorry if this has been discussed in length before.



On a side note, someone on here mentioned Air Hauler in a topic not too long ago. I bought it, but it hasn't arrived yet because I only got the CD version, not the instant download. But I like the demo, I think its really awesome and cool......yeah. I won't use it with FS Passengers, I will just alternate between the two add-ons.

Hello all!

I don't think FS Economy is a rip off of FSP. I was using it a year or so back and it was well established when I stumbled across it. It's OK
but it doesn't have the immersion factor that FSP has. From memory I think you just pick flights from a list at location that you're at and fly.
At the end of the flight you get paid and costs are deducted as per norm.

It's OK but IMHO, not up to the same level as FSP.

Ah, I will be too busy playing with Air Hauler anyway. But thanks for the input, I'll just stick with FSP and Air Hauler.

It's indeed more geared towards general aviation. You also cannot simply fly airplane X to location Y from airport Z. Airplanes are parked
at certain airports, where you can choose a payload and fly this to the given airport. Once arrived, the plane stays at the new airport, untill
somebody flies it to another airport.

Yes, that aspect is a lot more realistic, Air Hauler is the same way.

I have used FSE for going on 5 years

It simulates an interactive economy, not the real economy but the one FSE has morphed over the years.
Great community The down side for me is you can not specify flying a job from point a to point b unless you own at least one of them or the owner
happens to point his jobs where you want to go. This tends to make it very nomadic unless you can purchase an FBO and many are already owned.

Ive had Air hauler for about 6 months or so, it has more of the small details of running a business. The unrelenting nature of the bills coming due
whether you are flying or not got old to me after a while. Still a great program

And lastly I have had Fspassengers for about a week and am loving it. Its great to fly when and where you want. The attention to detail required
during flight is great

( As an aside, if the lady who says "destination set" is reading this, you have a standing marriage proposal from me .) )


Each has its strong points, I don't get the feeling any one of them is ripping off the other.
