War zone in California?

I have downloaded the demo version of FSP to try out the program.
So, let me congratulate on a really amazing program. It really improves FS greatly. Thank you for your hard work.
I will certainly pay this product as soon as I can spare the cash.
One thing has surprised me. On my very first FSP flight with a Saab 340 from Frisco to Sacramento, I have just reached my cruising
altitude and was serving drinks to my passengers, when out of the blue an announcment came that I am now flying through a war zone.
At the same instant some gunshots erruptet and my copilot announced left engine hit and lost. After my first schock I thought OK we
where hit by the Klu Klux Klan and ending the flight with only one engine is more fun. Then an other burst of gunshots and ym cockpit
went completly blank, while the copilot said that the electrical system has been hit. At this moment I ended the flight just a little bit
frustrated.
Is this a special demo version feature or is there really a war going on between Frisco and Sacramento?

I think this is a feature only found in the demo. Since the demo is restricted to taking of from KSFO, it is very unlikely you would
experience the warzone feature in the demo, so as far as I know, Dan added a warzone close by so that you can experience it before
buying the full package. I'm pretty certain the full version will not have warzones in california!

The only difference between demo and registered version is... You have to take off from San Francisco from the demo. So yes, even in the
registered version there's a 100 % "war zone" in KCCR airport. But it's easily editable (even in the demo).

1. First, open Fs9 folder.
2. Open FsPassengers folder
3. Open Config folder
4. Open Dangerous.cfg file with notepad
5. Delete all the line called "KCCR demo war area"
6. Save and exit.

That's it!

or go to "dangerous database" dialog in FsP menu and click on "edit cfg" button,
it open directly the config file...

Wedding guests in Serbia accidentally shoot down small plane

BELGRADE, Serbia-Montenegro (AP) - In an apparent first, wedding guests
shooting off celebratory rounds in central Serbia brought down a small
aircraft, local media reported Sunday.

The FoNet news agency reported that the plane's pilot and a passenger were
seriously injured Friday after their single-engine Utva-75 plane crashed
into a high-voltage power line in the village of Ratina, some 160 kilometres
west of Belgrade.

"Shortly before the crash I saw the plane flying at a very low altitude over
a wedding party when guests started firing their handguns and other
weapons," witness Zoran Vukadinovic told FoNet. The left wing of the
aircraft subsequently caught fire, and the plane crashed, he said.

Shootings and fatalities are frequent at Serbian weddings because of the
centuries-long tradition of blasting away with firearms in celebration. It
was the first known reported case, however, of an aircraft being brought
down by trigger-happy partygoers.

Attempts to trace Vukadinovic were unsuccessful, with FoNet refusing to
divulge his phone number. Police confirmed the plane crash but refused to
discuss its cause.

The pilot apparently was unlicensed, said FoNet, citing authorities, and the
flight was unauthorized.




No wonder they shot down even one of those 'invisible' (invincible?) bombers!

Ooops, I just did it. So I coulden't resist and brougt the program yesterday evening after I finally completet my first flight with FSP.
Now I have only to persuade my wife that I really needed this
