FSP Flight Numbers

Hey ya'll this is my first time posting on here so sorry if its been posted before, but during my last flight a random thought came into my head. All
my flights have a "pre assigned" letter code CO. My question is though,,,, ive done 471 flights so far and the flight numbers are always assigned
COxxx. what happens after the 1,000th flight ? Would FSP just reuse flight numbers, or would it start issuing 4 digit flight numbers like COxxxx ?

I ssume it would recycle some old flight numbers. After all, in reality, flight numbers are assigned to route/departure time combinations
and used each time that particular flight/departure time is used. Not sure if it is also used with specific airframes as well. You could just
add another digit to the end each time as well pre-flight if you want to.

The alternative is to not use FSP flight numbers but to use flight sim flight numbers that you set when you choose your a/c. In the flight numbers
menu (within the FSP options), there is a little check box that enables/disables FSP's flight numbers and enables/disables FS's flight numbers.

Hmm, this thread was open in October of last year Anyway, a person could always input their own flight number into the box that
reflects a FsP generated flight number. Real easy to do
