Hey, that are not minumums, but minimums :D Co-pilot is telling you that he will start counting down 100 feet, 50,40,30,20,10 feet above
the runway After hard landing: Tower: Let them know that they are on the ground. Pilot: I dont care, they are claping every time.

minimums is decision height for landing, if you feel as if you wont be able to land the aircraft in the runway distance left or the conditions
are too poor to land in the first place you initiate the missed approach procedure and go around. minimums is also the heigh at which you should disconnect the A.P and land the aircraft manually when performing an I.L.S approach hope this helped
