My company only owns one plane:

Airbus A320-231

If I've got the budget for buying another plane, will it fly on its own?

No need to assign new pilots nor new routes? Will this new plane flight the same routes I've already done with the Airbus or will it fly other routes?

For example, what if I buy a 744? Will it fly to another destinies abroad, on other continents or will it stay flying in the 320's routes?

All that happens is you get a bit of extra money as if your extra plane had made a trip somewhere.

There are no records of where it went or who flew it or anything like that so you don’t need another pilot. All you need to do (and all you
can do actually) is own more than one aircraft. Once you own more than one you'll get a little extra cash in your company bank account.
