excessive demotion points?

This may be in the forum somewhere but did not show? My question is at was at pilot level 19 and got demoted, plus I lost 30,000 points,
this seems kinda excessive to me, Can this be right, if so I will not waste anymore time on fsp. 30,000 points is best quess about 100
flights medium range. Pretty steep for very minor errors such as not enough music, all my recorded flights have been perfect. If this is not
right how do I fix it.
