Fuel Stops

I could not locate an answer in the FAQ's, so please don't flame me!

My question is, Does FSP allow for fuel stops? say I wanna go KLAX to Sydney or Brisbane, and stop for fuel in PHNL, will I be penalized?
will pax be upset/confused? what about "magical" mid-air refueling (you know, the alt-menu kind) . Just thought I would ask before I got 6 hours
into a flight and find out the hard way!

If there's no answer in the FAQ try a Search
There's actually a couple of threads about fuel stops telling you that they're not possible. Just make 2 separate flights
and consider them as one.

Mid-air refueling isn't possible at all. FsP would ask you to abort the flight.

As a matter a fact there is one way to refuel aircraft in air. If you have set one key for the function "refuel" and you press that key inflight, it
will add gas to your tanks, BUT, statistically, when you finish your flight that added fuel will not be considered, SO instead of finishing with
AT LEAST +45 min of fuel reserve, you'll finish with MINUS the time you've been flying with added fuel. I tried this once and it worked and
ironically I wasn't even penalized (that i didn't understand since i finished the flight with negative fuel for FSP)
