requsting above 250 kts

why does it often deny my request to fly faster that 250 kts above 10K ft, and then I constantly get a message saying that
'i will call them again captian but they have aleady rejected my request'
why do i never get a possitive result once it has been denied.

there is probably a way to turn this off, but my point is i never get a call back to say i can fly faster than 250 kts once its been denied.

above 10K you can fly faster than 250 knots. You don't need permission, just go ahead and do it.

Yeah, its BELOW 10K where the speed restriction applies. When you're above 10K, a request to go faster than 250 KTS is meaningless, and is always
rejected.

True in real life, but in FS9 I think it will always be rejected. But I don't know myself, haven't tried it, so maybe you could give it a shot.

its not always rejected. Once your above 10k, your requesting to exceed the 250kts limit on your decent
