Hi im new to all this and was wondering , if i have 2 pilots and 2 planes can i make the pilot thats not me fly the other plane and make
money for my airline.. or not.

You don't need other pilots, as soon as you get another aircraft, it is supposed to fly and you will see after each of your flights some
incomes from "fleet bonus". But the pilot(s) promotion only comes from the flights you do on their behalf.

I have seen posts where others have asked the same question. Personally I don't see the point in adding another pilot...especially since
that is an added expense to your company. I'd rather keep the overhead as low as possible

Its not really more expensive to have two pilots, its just that if you want both pilots to advance in rank, etc, they have to share the flight time,
so neither will advance as rapidly. It might not be a bad idea to have two pilots though. That way if you have a crash and one gets killed or injured, the 2nd on is there to take over, and is presumably of a high enough rank to fly the same type of plane as the first.
