Passengers list : How can I update it? + menu in French

Before to start my topic, I would like to advice you that I'm French, so, I may have some problem to write in English.
Be cool : stay kind with me!!

I think my title explain my problem.
I downloaded here, a new passengers list (an excel sheet), but I really don't understand how to export all names to FsPassengers.
I'm sorry, maybe I'm stupid, but I really don't understand it.

Drew, thank you, at least you readed my message, so thank you.

But now, I have another problem.....I'm ashame.

I tried to download the French text for all menu, but these still in English.
Does I need to change something with notepad?

Cant help on this one, as i havent installed any different languages.

I downloaded the french one to try it out, but i couldn't read the 'read me' file

Hi, in your fspassengers folder should be a folder called language (or mylanguage, don't remember exactly). Rename this folder to "French". Then find
in the same folder the language.cfg, open it with notepad and change in there the foldername to what you've just used for the 'mylanguage' folder, in
this case "french". This should do the trick

OK, I'll do that.
But, when I readed somting about this, I understood that maybe it'll no work anyway.
Because I use the first version of FSP.
Is it a problem?

Why use the 1st version? get the lastest version which has many of the bugs removed that were in the 1st version

I use now the latest version of Fsp for about 2 weeks , but in the whole time I used the first one I never saw a bug in it I updated the
latest to use the advanced fuel setting.
