Selecting your own crew

I want to give you people that created the fspassengers a great big ATTABOY BIGTIME!!
It is because of YOU! that I am using flightsim again. I reall enjoy this great product!!! It took almost all the 'lonliness' from flying in this
huge FS9 world. I mean it used to be that you were the only person in the fs9 world! Not anymore!!! I love it!! Now I have a fleet of aircraft
(I fly the old DC's and boeings) and I fly them on 'scheduled routes etc. It is a lot of fun, even frighteningly real sometimes!!!

One thing I would like to have though. A way to select my crew for the flights. You know! Such as selecting the name of my FE, FO and
senior stew. This would be fantastic!

It would be good if you could choose the amount of cabin crew you take onboard your flight aswell :D

And then have to pay a crew fee depending on how many crew members you have. That would be quite a bit of added realism

A nice addition! The follwoing could also be considered:

- You can choose to fly with minimum crew (minimum for the law) or with an extra Cabin Attendant (extra costs, but faster service)
- When loading the flight a Cabin Attendant can be late, which causes a delay
- If you fly with minimum crew you will have to wait, if you fly with a Cabin Attendant extra you can still depart
